Frozen Bay at Dusk-Sold

This was painted in Peninsula State Park at Tennison Bay on a really cold evening.  By the time I packed up it was getting rather dark and I had a hard time locating the correct path to my vehicle.  I now keep a flashlight in my gear bag.

  1. Way cool Jan. I didn't know you painted in the winter too. How u keep the paints from getting too stiff?

  2. Amazingly, Mr. Knick, the oil paints don't get too thick even when really cold. The only one that does is white...just a little solvent mixed in takes care of that.
